- Cyber Resilience Act & AI Advisory: Preparing clients for CRA compliance and forthcoming harmonized standards for connected products and platform ecosystems. Using gen-AI to help organizations improve their Learning Management Systems on harmonized standards
- Grundfos (Global Technology & Innovation): Ran and structured a Cyber Resilience Act platform program to establish Presumption of Conformity for Products with Digital Elements (PwDE).
- Vestas: Led Safe Launch initiatives on R&D Product Applications & Control level, mitigating deployment risks for maturing SCADA software. Driving initiatives to deliver higher-quality software products faster by doing the right things, and doing them right using the principles in the Product Operating Model.
- Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE/PPS): Cybersecurity SAFe Epic Owner (IEC 62443) and strategy consultant establishing a multi-year Continuous Delivery shift-left transformation.
- LEGO: Agile Coach & Product Owner for a highly confidential, multidisciplinary physical and digital high-tech product initiative.
- VELUX: Business & process consulting with senior leadership to streamline global supply project execution.
- Grundfos (Industry): A Business Model Validation project standing on a three-legged hypothesis: (1) Desirability – we address customer pains, needs, and desires; (2) Feasibility – we can implement and run the business model; (3) Viability – we’re providing a viable business.
Drove the global strategic transition of DIS from an engineering body-shop to a high-value Solution Projects provider across Denmark, Germany, Poland, and the US. Re-certified to ISO 9001:2015 and elevated process maturity.
Headed global technology innovation PMO and spearheaded large-scale multi-partner Innovation Fund projects (iRotor, MultiCon, PRO Engine predictive maintenance platform) and other product development projects.
